Measure team satisfaction  

Many companies, SafeHR included, use the Net Promoter Score to measure how many customers would recommend them. So along the same lines, we’ve come up with a metric you can use to measure your team’s satisfaction: Net Satisfaction Score (NSS).  

To get your NSS, we subtract the number of dissatisfied replies in a survey from the number of satisfied responses, ignoring any neutral ones. High scores suggest you have a happy team on your hands. 

Our Staff Satisfaction Trend Report automatically tracks your NSS, so you can see how your team responses are changing (if at all) over time. We suggest setting targets and using feedback from the survey to try and improve your score. Because high NSS scores mean happier teams, which mean overall productivity should be higher, too. Win-win.
